The home is well maintained and can accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and air conditioning for your comfort. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan. There are two full bathrooms so no waiting when you are getting ready to go out to one of Samara's many fantastic restaurants.

The home has a swimming pool in a nicely landscaped backyard with mature fruit trees. There are three completely covered breezy patio areas, carport, and a storage bodega. The fully equipped kitchen offers the comforts of home. The kitchen/lounge and dining room is an open floor plan with a comfy seating area looking out into the garden through double patio doors. Enjoy using the BBQ in the privacy of the quiet, colorful, mature, landscaped garden.

The only noise that might disturb the peaceful state of Casa Ventura is the call of the Howler Monkey that can be heard during dusk and dawn. If you decide to go for a hike there is a good chance you will see one and can howl 'hello' back to them.
