Enjoy your vacation in a villa that has one of the best locations and ocean views in Playas Del Coco, a full service seaside community. Villa Laguna Vista is nestled into a tranquil residential and private community setting on the tropical hillsides of North Coco in a small gated community of private villas that has a community swimming pool shared by the residents of four villas. This location offers not only great ocean views, but it is close to the beach and to town with all the conveniences of Coco. The villa and community offer something for everyone. Some guests may lounge by the pool or walk to the beach while others go to town and enjoy the many restaurants, colorful bars, stores and local artisan shops. At the end of the day all guests can get together to relax and bask in the unforgettable sunsets in the comfort of the spacious living room. Varietal dining is available to meet everyone’s taste along with the later evening night life of Playas Del Coco. A dining experience can go from the most elegant to the most local of cuisines and just a short drive from the villa.

Villa Laguna Vista is an ocean view villa with three bedrooms on the main level and studio apartment on the lower level. The villa was designed by Victor Canas, the internationally acclaimed Costa Rican architect, and features vaulted ceilings and expansive glass areas that bring nature right into your living space. The villa was recently completely renovated and is virtually now a brand new villa. All interior living areas have air conditioning and ceiling fans for a truly enjoyable vacation. The living room has floor to ceiling windows on three sides with large glass doors that open onto a covered veranda. The veranda allows guests to relax in the leather rocking chairs and enjoy peaceful views of Coco Bay. Adjacent to the living room is a modern kitchen that opens onto patio area with outdoor seating and a gas grill. The master bedroom has a king size bed with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Coco Bay, spacious closets and a private bath with two vanities and a stone shower overlooking the great outdoors. The other two bedrooms also have beautiful views of Coco Bay with one bedroom with having a queen bed and the other having two twin beds. The downstairs studio offers a queen bed, sitting area, private bath, kitchenette and an outdoor patio area.

The villa sleeps eight with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and a fourth in the studio apartment on the lower floor. The rate shown is for 6 people and does not include the studio. For more than 6 people the studio must be included for an additional $100 per night. The rate table does not allow an explanation (8 person maximum).

Coco Beach has a calm Bay offering a myriad of aquatic activities; snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, luxuriating on an incredible tri-hull catamaran, fishing and jet skiing. Our staff will help you arrange tours with or without transportation to the many sights and adventures of Costa Rica; zip lining, volcanoes, hot springs, cloud forests, horseback riding, butterfly farm…….. just to mention a few.
