Location: Papagayo Gulf, Costa Rica
House is located on the North West Pacific of Costa Rica, at the end of a cul-de-sac on the 13th hole of the Arnold Palmer golf course. Floor to ceiling windows boast a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. The five bedrooms sleep 10 comfortably; although a maximum of 12 people are allowed per stay. The home features over spacious living, landscaped vegetation and lush rainforest. Located 80 meters above sea level and 300 meters from the Pacific Ocean, guests can relax by the modified figure-8 infinity pool as they gaze at the horizon. A gazebo is nestled at the edge of the property, providing a prime spot to watch the monkeys in the morning and view the sunset each evening.
Access to the beach club, golf, tennis, marina and numerous restaurants is included in the rental. Furthermore, guests who stay for a week or longer receive a scuba/snorkle/fishing trip for up to 8 people and a gourmet dining evening for up to 8 people from our Costa Rican hosts who will welcome and introduce you to our home. An option of either the boat trip or gourmet dinner is included for renters who stay for less than a week.
Furthermore, two Costa Rican housekeepers work daily from 6am to noon and will prepare your coffee and breakfast, as well as do the laundry, dishes and other upkeep of the house so you can relax and enjoy yourselves.
The house is totally aired conditioned. It includes outdoor living space, gazebo, and a private balcony for each bedroom. There are 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds. There is also a port with an extra bed if needed. There is a complete bathroom outside by the pool.
Every bedroom has a terrace with either ocean view or garden view. There is a flat screen TV in some rooms. Also, each room has an alarm clock, IPod dock and Internet outlet (although there is WiFi at the house).
There is an indoor family room and an outdoor family room as well. There is a wine cooler inside the kitchen and a beer fridge next to the grill in the family room.
Rental prices per night:
• Jan. 2 - April 30: $3,000
• May 1 - August 31: $2,400
• Sept. 1 - Oct. 31: $2,100
• Nov. 1 - Dec. 24: $3,000
• Dec. 25 - Jan. 1: $4,000
Plus 13% Costa Rica sales tax and no security deposit. Three night minimum stay except during Christmas period, which is one week minimum. Booking deposit is equivalent to two nights rental amount. Refundable if cancelled 60 days in advance or if rebooked.

House guests have access to the following Peninsula Papagayo ammenities (there is extra cost in some cases):
Four Seasons Golf Course: An Arnold Palmer course. It features 18 holes; 14 of which have breathtaking ocean views.
Golf Clubhouse: Overlooking the 18th hole it has a full-service restaurant, bar, pro shop and locker rooms. There are also 4 tennis courts, a general store, and a lunch cafe.
Prieta Beach Club & Spa: Located within walking distance of the house. There are different services available to you: swimming pools, bar, sushi bar, restaurant, fitness center, canoe paddling, snorkeling, surfing and stand-up paddling.
Marina Papagayo: Currently under construction, Marina Papagayo will feature a waterfront village and luxury residences. Visitors can dine dockside, stroll along the promenade and browse fine art, or charter a deep-sea fishing trip. The ultra-wide, 180-slip floating dock system can accommodate luxury watercraft of up to 220 feet. Ultimately, 380 slips will make Marina Papagayo Costa Rica’s largest and most advanced marina.
Airport pick up is available for guests. Upon arrival, there will be a gourment dinner or lunch, depending on the arrival time. There are catering and chef services available. Only approved chefs by homeowner are allowed to cook at the house.
