The Villa is located in the exclusive Pacifico development closest to the beach in Playa del Coco, just twenty minutes from the new Liberia International Airport. Villa Tesora consists of over 6,000 square feet of air conditioned living space. As you enter the front double wood doors of the Villa, immediately to the right you enjoy the exquisite formal dining area, equipped with fine linens and all you would require for a fantastic dining experience along with a well equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances and a handy prep area. This home also features a cozy breakfast nook, various relaxing common areas, wireless internet, plasma TV, and a music system including Blu Ray. Bring your CDs and DVDs to enjoy.
The Villa features five full sized suites, each with its own bathroom facilities with double sinks, walk in closets with their own safe, luxury linens and high end bedding. The fabulous spacious master bedroom suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, imported tile, small refrigerator, 40” plasma TV, chaise lounge for relaxing, double doors leading to the amazing ocean view of Coco Bay in the distance with just steps to the azure blue infinity pool. The second suite located on the main level has its own plasma TV, mini-refrigerator, walk in closet, luxury linens, and double doors leading out to the terrace. The third main floor suite has a separate locked outside entrance, providing a private oasis with an outstanding ocean view of Ocotal Bay, also including a plasma TV, mini refrigerator, and luxury linens. The fourth suite is located on the lower level of the villa with a separate outside patio entrance, plasma TV, bath tub, walk in shower and kitchenette. Beautiful sprawling grounds will lead you to the open air pavilion to enjoy early morning conversations and breathtaking sunsets. The fifth suite, located on the lower level just steps to the infinity pool and pavilion, features a small kitchen, breakfast bar, sitting area, plasma TV, washer and dryer and separate outside entrance. This is an unique cottage setting which has a peaceful secluded ambiance, yet is close enough to feel included.
Indulge… relax on the sun drenched terrace; enjoy the sundeck on your chaise lounge as you overlook the sparkling azure blue infinity pool or enjoy your favourite beverage on one of the three swim up bar/pool stools while gazing out to the amazing view of the Pacific waters. The pool and outdoor grilling/entertaining area in the rancho area utilize its outside kitchen, refrigerator and ice machine. It all adds up to a wonderfully relaxing environment enhanced by views of the beautiful Gulf of Papagayo in the distance.
