We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Team Gardella. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before them, but we knew instantly that they were the one for us. They are honest and hands-on and really helped to take the pressure off of us. Most important they can listen.

When we first met with Dean, he took the time to listen to our needs. We had a very specific “want list”and truly challenged him. We did not find the perfect property. We discussed the potential of building a home. His knowledge of home construction and the local market was extremely useful to us. He helped us navigate the process like a local. Because of his expertise, we now have the home of our dreams. I highly recommend working with Dean and his staff.

When we first met Wayne and Pilar they explained that their job is more service than sales. They proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property they would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc.
